Shipping within Australia

For all orders you will be provided with a tracking number so that you will be able to track where your parcel is sitting without getting worried about where it may be! Standard Postage within Australia should take no longer than a few days to a week (Excluding Christmas), Please allow me 1-3 days to process your order!

International Orders
I do offer shipping outside of Australia, all international orders will be provided with a tracking number. Please keep in mind it may take 7-30 days for your package to be delivered as it is traveling a great distance!

Buyers are liable for any inspections, taxes, custom costs, etc imposed in their country.

Do you accept returns & cancellations?
Mellow's Delightful Oddities will not accept returns/refunds of sale items, gift cards or products, such as earrings and jewellery. Custom-made items/ commission pieces are also exempt. We will accept a return if your item/s have arrived broken, if it has arrived broken please get in touch so we can get it resolved and a replacement sent out. I am more than happy to cancel an order if the item has not yet shipped, if the item has shipped i will be unable to cancel the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages.
Mellow's Delightful Oddities is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed delivered by Australia Post. Please ensure your package will be delivered to a secure address or location - Australia Post offers free, secure parcel lockers to help with this. If your package is lost after delivery, we will do our best to help you locate it, but the best course is for you to open a case directly with Australia Post using the tracking number provided.
